With your last update you have taken away all of the gems (6000) and all of the money (218 million) that I had gotten form playing your game. Now I cannot even get in to play the game now?

Well, Im glad to see that Im not the only one having problems.... I thought the previous update was bad with all the stupid pop-ups!! Now, like several of you, Ive lost over 1000 gems, and around 25000000 coins! PLUS, I cant even play anymore, it keeps starting me off at 3000 coins, and 5 gems.... I guess Ill be deleting it.... Too bad because I used to really like this game!!

I had over 2 million points racked up. Really liked playing the game until today it says cannot log in. So I finally get logged in with facebook and I have 3000 points. Oh wait, 4000 points congrats I get 1000 for logging in. Where are my 2 million points? Im not starting over. Thanks for the fun but no thanks to starting over.

Very fair and fun to play. Have not won the BINGO yet, but having fun trying.This game is better than most and I have played a lot of different ones. I dont mind buying chips for this game if I need them....

Gives you time frame of 1 to 12 hrs to achieve all the letters BINGO but most of the time you cant get the O. So you play for hours and still cant win. First 3 letters come up reasonably time but good luck trying to get that O. Boring!!!

Downloaded the new update for the iPad and my billion and a half points on this game disappeared. How does that happen?

I did an iOS 8 update to my iPad and I lost over 2 million coins and 580 bonus gems. To say I am pi**ed is understatement. Now I have to start all over. Might just delete the game if no one does anything about this.

I gave this app 5 stars until I upgraded IOS 8. It will not save games. It keeps saying you need to restart I had over one million chips, now I only have 3000. Please fix this glitch

I had over 200 million coins that I lost with throats iPad update. Now every time I try to play the game it defaults to 3000 coins. Uninstalled. Very disappointed. And I actually enjoyed playing this game.

You dont get to keep your progress. I cant tell you how many times Ive lost over 100,000 coins and progress. Its very frustrating. I deleted the other pirate game because if this issue. I just logged in and once again my progress is gone. Im deleting this one as well. Too bad...I like the game.

Every time you let the game set idle you lose all gems and cash. I reported this problem 2 times already. Dont do any in app purchase.

This was my favorite game to play on my iPad, that is until ios8 update came out and I have lost my millions of coins... all my gems... GONE! Written support several times asking what is going on, response is they are working on a fix as fast as possible. Really? Because every game I play had the fix done and out within a day or two of the release... Still I check my updates everyday and nothing from this game. I log into it and hey I have 3000 coins and 5 gems to start me off so I spin and it always lands on a triple of one number then the next hour I log in its back to the same 3000 coins and 5 gems. This is just taking a ridiculous amount of time if you ask me to get a fix for an update. 1 star rating until this gets fixed.

I updated my iPad with the latest version (October 2014) and my millions of points are now gone and every time I turn off/on the game it resets to 5 gems and $3,000 with no experience on anything. Im not happy.
